Ryan had a local contact he could use who also fitted the blinds. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with, he answered all queries promptly and advised on options to suit our budget. He was not at all pushy but once we had decided on the products he got the blinds ordered and delivered ASAP, there was an issue with damage in transit but this was sorted with minimal delay. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again. The fact they are based in Auckland and we are in Tauranga was not an issue. we were wary of sub standard products so did a lot of research first before finding the right one.
